Lots of biscuits for christmas!
The Black Forest Bakery has pretty much christmas stress. They are offering 20 different kinds of christmas biscuits.
I’m helping to package them all. When we are ready with one batch of biscuits, the bakers come with the next batch. I’m already dreaming of biscuits at night. Next sunday is a bazaar in the German retirement home. That means another 800 bags of biscuits and a lot of Stollen.
You can’t believe how many visitors we get from other parts of the bakery. They are all coming for just one biscuit please.

My favourit biscuits are the Pfeffernüsse because they are so beautiful soft. I asked for the recipe, unfortunately I will not get it, all recipes are a state secret.
However when I’m back home at the beginning of December I will give you one of my own christmas recipes.
You can get: Anisseed Biscuits, Almond Spice Bars ( also very yummy! ), Dominosteine, Coconut Macaroons, Basler Leckerli, Butter Biscuits, Chocolate Brezeln, Gingerbread Biscuits, Cinnamon Stars, Vanillekipferl, Pfeffernüsse, Spekulaas, Almond Spekulaas Stars, Spitzkuchen, Bunte Lebkuchen, Chocolate Lebkuchen and Marzipan Potatoes.
I am sure, if you could – you would also visit us on the 3rd level. For all these yummy biscuits is no staircase too high.
