This recipe is for finest mousse au Chocolat. It is a traditionel family recipe we usually have as a dessert for a feast. Chocoholics will love it. I prepare it with the best ingredients.
The recipe is from my grandmother Fanny and she had it from a friend called Dora. So in our family this mousse has the funny name “Dora Mottenkopf” because Dora had frizzy hair.
Recipe
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 liter cream
250 g chocolate (70%)
Beat the eggs with the sugar creamy. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Stir the melted chocolate spoon by spoon under the creamy eggs. Whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the chocolate mixture. Fill the chocolate mousse in a glass bowl and put it in the fridge until the mousse has set.
Enjoy the mousse and you will feel like to be in seventh heaven.
